Members of the 603rd Brigade of the Armed Forces of the Philippines conduct a ribbon cutting ceremony at the inauguration of the 2nd Lt. Grace T. Sumalbag PA Medical and Dental Clinic prior to the start of a medical and dental civic action project, June 3. After the ribbon cutting, the division chaplain conducted a blessing of the facility, prior to its use. Philippine Army nurses, corpsmen and soldiers worked alongside U.S. service members assigned to Joint Special Operations Task Force-Philippines during the MEDCAP, aiding and providing health education more than 120 people in everything from dental work to minor surgery.
