Child Protection Specialist Vedasto Nsanzugwanko from United Nation's International Child Education Fund speaks to United People's Defense Forces -- soldiers during two weeks of Civil Affairs training at the Kasenyi Training Facility in Entebbe, Uganda, May 18. UNICEF was one of several international governmental and non-governmental organizations invited to discuss civil-military relations with UPDF soldiers. The two-week civil affairs focus is part of a 16-week training program created by Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa. The program is designed to develop Ugandan soldiers in full spectrum operations with a concentration on counter-terrorism and peace support operations.
