Airman First Class Kathy Blackett, an optometry technician with 151st Medical Group, Utah National Guard, makes a new friend outside the optometry clinic May 22. Blackett gave her friend Lamia these non-prescription sunglasses during a joint and combined humanitarian civil action program conducted here May 22. A native of Salt Lake City, Utah, Blackett, 22, is an optician at the University of Utah.
