Woodrow Wilson of Fayetteville, N.C., a combat medic with Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 1st Battalion, 28th Infantry Regiment, 4th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, 1st Infantry Division, out of Fort Riley, Kan., makes his mark and officially becomes a member of the NCO Corps during the 'Black Lions' NCO Induction Ceremony, May 17, at Joint Base Balad.
