A maintenance Airman with the 380th Expeditionary Aircraft Maintenance Squadron Sentry aircraft maintenance unit carries gear down the air stairs from an E-3 Sentry Airborne Warning and Control System aircraft during maintenance operations at a non-disclosed base in Southwest Asia, April 2. The E-3 Sentry us assigned to the 965th Expeditionary Airborne Air Control Squadron of the 380th Air Expeditionary Wing. Both the deployed Airman and the plane are deployed from the 552nd Air Control Wing at Tinker Air Force Base, Okla. The 380th EAMXS and the 965th EAACS, as part of the 380th AEW, support operations Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom and the Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa.
