Soldiers from the 63rd Regional Support Command, family and friends of Capt. Joel Ico, stand and pay one final tribute as ‘Taps’ plays at the conclusion of a memorial service for Ico, Aug. 14, headquarters auditorium, Mountain View, Calif.
