Sgt. Julian Landrove, a floor non-commissioned officer for the Contingency Operating Base Speicher, Iraq, troop medical clinic, Company C, 701st BSB, 4th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, 1st ID, and San Antonio native, wears a memorial bracelet for Spc. Russell Hercules, a driver during Sgt. Landrove's last deployment to Iraq in 2007. Spc. Hercules passed while supporting Operating Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan, October 1, 2009. "I wear it so that he can kind of live on," said Sgt. Landrove. "He's not forgotten."
