The main body of U.S. Marines forming the Black Sea Rotational Force arrive aboard Romania's Mihail Kogalniceanu Airfield, May 8. The Marines will form a Security Cooperation Marine Air Ground Task Force to train with partner nations in the Balkan, Black Sea and Caucasus regions.
