    Charlie Henry, a scientific support coordinator for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, surveys the site of the Deepwater Horizon incident April 30, aboard a Coast Guard HC-144A Ocean Sentry aircraft. Henry was part of a group overflight consisting of federal and state officials including U.S. Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano and U.S. Secretary of the Interior Ken Salazar. Efforts to stop the flow of oil and minimize the impact to environmental and economic resources has been underway since the incident occurred, April 20.
