Rear Admiral Steven H. Ratti, director of operations, U.S. Army South, takes a tour of the internally displaced persons camp, Ancient Aeroport Militaire, with Dr. Louise Ivers, country director for the non-governmental organization, Partners in Health, April 26. Ratti saw the areas of improvement at the camp and discussed the progress being made. Ratti was visiting Haiti to see first-hand the difference Operation Unified Response has made.
