HUGO, Minn.-- Participants of the 2016 Twin Cities Tough Mudder trudge through ice-cold waters in the Arctic Enema, an obstacle that exposes competitors to water filled with over 10 tons of ice in Hugo, Minnesota July16. Throughout the 10-12 mile obstacle course, racers are faced with over 20 different muddy challenges. Army Reserve Soldiers from local units provided support for the two day event.
