CAMP TAJI, Iraq – Iraqi youths from Tarmiya play basketball at the $200,000 refurbished Education and Youth Center, which held its grand opening Tuesday morning north of Baghdad. In addition to the basketball courts, the center is equipped with two soccer fields, a theater, an art studio and a room to practice martial arts.
