PORT HUENEME, Calif. - A student at the Science Technology Engineering and Math (STEM) Day Camp June 20-24, attaches his group's water filter filled with various water filtering materials during a competition to determine which group adequately filters simulated storm water. Students formed small teams to perform supervised hands-on projects regarding water sanitation, 3-D printing, and rapid-set cement.
