Maj. Gen. Simeon Trombitas, deputy commanding general, Joint Task Force Haiti, and his party make their way up a steep incline at the internally displaced persons camp, Bo Marche, April 15. Bo Marche is one of nine camps that have been identified as a high risk zone for the rainy season. Trombitas was checking on this camp to see what improvements were being made.
