Eric Rischer, from Cross Lake, Minn., serving 732 ESFS Dot 2, deployed from Rochester Hills, Mich., Langley Air Force Base, prepares his recipe of chili as he participates in the Last Battle over Baghdad Chili Cook-off. The cook-off took place at the Sather Air Base pavilion, Baghdad, April 4. It was a Chili Appreciation Society International sanctioned event with all proceeds benefiting the Boy and Girl Scouts of Iraq.
