U.S. Army Sergeant's Major Academy Commandant, Command Sgt. Maj. Ray Chandler, briefs members of the Greater El Paso Chamber of Commerce on the USASMA mission and vision April 1, 2010. The commandant explained the academy's mission of developing broadly skilled noncommissioned officers, and what it means to Soldiers as they develop professionally. USASMA is also enhancing enlisted education via high-end curriculum and superior faculty.
