Maj. Gen. Tony Cucolo, 3rd Infantry Division commander, speaks during Medal of Honor recipient Sgt. 1st Class Paul R. Smith's Memorial Ceremony on Camp Liberty April 4. Smith was mortally wounded April 4, 2003, at the same spot the ceremony took place.
