Joseph Westphal, Under Secretary of the United States Army, receives additional information concerning a brief on the operation of the 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division, from Lt. Gen. P. K. Keen, commander, Joint Task Force Haiti. The briefing took place at the 2BCT operations headquarters at Haiti's international airport, March 18. The 2BCT has been assisting the humanitarian aid and disaster relief mission in Haiti since Jan. 14.
