(April 4, 2016) Chief Boatswain's Mate Ludwik Dyrkacz, a recruit division commander, ensures the proper fit of Seaman Recruit Madeleine Bohnert's white enlisted hat, or "Dixie cup," during uniform issue at Recruit Training Command.
