SAN ANTONIO (April 18, 2016) Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Technician 2nd Class Seth Willey, EOD Mobile Unit 11, watches as a boy controls the talon robot, a remote-controlled robot used to help disarm explosives in combat, during the official kick-off of San Antonio Navy Week at the San Antonio Aquarium.
