Lt. Gen. Charles Jacoby Jr., deputy commanding general for operations of United States Forces - Iraq and commanding general of I Corps, hosts a naturalization ceremony for 107 Soldiers earning U.S. citizenship Feb. 15, 2010, in Al Faw Palace, Victory Base Complex, Iraq. The ceremony was the 16th such ceremony to be conducted in Al Faw Palace since the beginning of the Iraq conflict.
