The official panel of guests stand for prayer at the beginning of the Iraqi Army 17th Division Armed Forces Parade at Camp Deason. Staff Maj. Gen. Ali Jassam Mohammad, the 17th Division commander, spoke of the strength, honor and dignity of the new army since the fall of Saddam Hussein?s regime at the Jan. 8 event. The event was a tribute to the division, its supporters and its growth since the new Army was established in 2004.
