Capt. Randy Sawyer, of Sheridan, Wyo., chaplain for the 2nd Battalion, 300th Field Artillery, 115th Fires Brigade, hands a box of sweets and snacks to an Iraqi child, in southern Iraq, Dec. 26, 2009. The 2-300th Field Artillery was inundated with care packages from their home cities with the Wyoming Army National Guard. After providing Soldiers with multiple boxes for the holidays, 40 remaining boxes were provided to Iraqi families. Address labels and greeting cards were removed from the boxes before being handed out. The 2-300th Field Artillery, a Wyoming Army National Guard unit, is deployed to Kuwait and Iraq to provide convoy and base security.
