Guidon bearers with Joint Task Force Guantanamo's 525th Military Police Battalion, silhouetted in the sunrise, lead the way during a 5.25-kilometer fun run, Dec. 18, 2009. Members of the 525th MP Battalion and other service members from Joint Task Force Guantanamo participated in the formation run, which traveled through the downtown area and past the drive-thru of McDonalds, surprising customers, before taking on more challenging terrain and hills. Members of the 525th MP Battalion are stationed here on 12-month rotations and provide a portion of the guard force inside the detention facilities at JTF Guantanamo.
