Danielle Pappas, an intelligence officer with the 541st Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, 96th Sustainment Brigade, 13th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary) and a Fox Lake, Ill., native, and Spc. Cheryl Salaiz, a light wheel vehicle mechanic with the 623rd Quartermaster Company, 541st CSSB and a Las Cruces, N.M., native, pack school supplies Dec. 4 to make kits for school children near Contingency Operation Location Taji, Iraq. The kits will passed out to Iraqi schoolchildren during humanitarian missions conducted by volunteers with Operation Back to School.
