Rocky Stroup, a student at Camp Atterbury's Job Corps, continues to exercise on a regular basis even after shedding more than 189 pounds. Rocky weighed more than 400 pounds when he entered the program in March. His secret to success: better food choices, exercise and a lot of will power.
