No one was safe when funny man Carlos Mencia took the stage at Sather Air Force Base in Baghdad Dec. 4, as part of the 2009 Tour for the Troops. Mencia was in Baghdad in 2006 and said he loves coming here and entertaining service members. "You guys are the reason I'm able to stand up here and say whatever I want," he told the crowd.
