Air Force Gen. Douglas Fraser, commander of U.S. Southern Command, receives a tour of Joint Task Force Guantanamo's Seaside Galley from galley manager Sam Scott, Nov. 26, 2009. Seaside Galley is responsible for preparing meals for both troopers and detainees at JTF Guantanamo.
