Ali Kamebr Gidan (left), an officer with the 19th Iraqi Army Brigade, and his son, help a neighbor rebuild his home following a devastating car-bomb attack which killed approximately 90 residents and wounded more than 200 in Taza, Iraq, last June. Ali, who also lost his home, is in the process of rebuilding his home and is, like many other Taza residents, still waiting for financial assistance from the government of Iraq.
