Lt. Col. Quay Jones, deputy district commander, Omaha District, United States Army Corp of Engineers, presents Ivy Division Band Commander Chief Warrant Officer 2 Marvin Cardo, with the ceremonial Key to the building during the grand opening of the Band Training Facility Oct. 30. Cardo hosted the ceremony in the Band's main rehearsal hall which displays a high slanting ceiling and cork floors to provide the best acoustics possible for the bands training environment.
