Left, U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Michael Ault and Staff Sgt. Michael Perkins, 379th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron explosive ordnance disposal members, conduct monthly proficiency training, Sept. 18, in Southwest Asia. The 379 EOD team trains on a variety of simulated situations continually to ensure mission readiness. Ault is deployed from Charleston Air Force Base, S.C., and Perkins is deployed from Nellis AFB, Nev. Both are deployed in support of Operations Iraqi and Enduring Freedom.
