Friends and family members cheer as Sailors assigned to the guided-missile destroyer USS Bainbridge return to their homeport at Naval Station Norfolk, Va., after a seven-month deployment in the Gulf of Aden combating and preventing piracy. On April 12, Bainbridge Sailors assisted in the rescue of Richard Phillips, captain of American container ship MV Maresk Alabama after being seized by Somali pirates.
