'Missing Man' Ceremony Honors Prisoners of War, Missing in Action

Air Force Junior ROTC cadets from C.D. Hylton High School in Woodbridge, Va., step out slowly and smartly as part of a "Missing Man" table ceremony held in Occoquan, Va., Sept. 18, 2009. Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 7916 sponsored the ceremony, which, as part of National POW/MIA Recognition Day, honors the nation's former prisoners-of-war and those service members still listed as missing.
