As the sun sets, Marines with Amphibious Assault Vehicle Platoon, India Company, Battalion Landing Team, 3rd Battalion, 2nd Marine Regiment, 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit, attach chemical lights to the antennas of their AAVs for visual recognition as they prepare to move back to USS Fort McHenry (LSD 43) near Kuwait Naval Base, Sept. 14, 2009. The 22nd MEU was ashore in Kuwait for more than a month conducting sustainment training while serving as the theater reserve force for U.S. Central Command.
