Infantry Soldiers from 1st Battalion, 12th Infantry Regiment, 4th Infantry Division rush down the side of a mountain to board a UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter after conducting a deliberate operation in Kandahar province, Afghanistan. The 82nd Combat Aviation Brigade facilitated the deliberate operation by inserting and extracting the infantry Soldiers into harsh terrain to assist in the disruption of insurgent communication.
