Service members from different countries await the Laying of the Wreaths during the Australian and New Zealand Army Corps Day Dawn Service in Kuwait City, April 25. The first Commemorative Dawn Service was held on ANZAC Day in 1923 by Reverend White. The ceremony has become a solemn Australian and New Zealand tradition.
