A signed replica of a "Red Tail" P-51 Mustang sits on display at the 38th Annual Tuskegee Airmen National convention at the Palace Station Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. The P-51 was a single-seat, long-range fighter used by Allied forces in World War II, and the red tail signified the aircraft belonged to the 332nd Fighter Wing.
