David Eliciero, MND-S deputy commanding general of operations, attend a transfer of authority ceremony at Forward Operating Base Delta Aug. 3. Members of 41st Fires Brigade, members of the 1st Battalion, 77th Field Artillery Regiment and several prominent Iraqi officials, including Wasit Governor Abd al-Latif Hamad Taraf, attended the ceremony, which marked the completion of the 41st FB's mission after 15 months in Iraq.
