Fali Ismael, manager of the Nasir Wa Salam Water Department, address attendees of the ground-breaking ceremony of the Zaidon water treatment facility in Abu Ghraib, July 30. The government of Abu Ghraib worked with the 1st Combined Arms Battalion, 63rd Armor Regiment, 2nd Heavy Brigade Combat Team, 1st Infantry Division, Multi-National Division – Baghdad to start the refurbishment of the facility, which will take about 45 days to complete.
