Cowboys wait alongside the inner arena at the 2009 Reno Rodeo for their turn in the steer-wrestling event. The steer-wrestling event was just one of the many events scheduled during the rodeo's Military Appreciation Day. The evening kicked off with a flyover of a CH47 Chinook helicopter from the Nevada Army National Guard.
