    300th Mobile Public Affairs Detachment

    Staff Sgt. Emanle G. Skunfa and Sgt. Guillermo Palcios of the 300th Chemical Company out of Morgantown, W.Va., explain the workings of a detection device during a June 14 equipment inspection at Fort McCoy, Wis. The Soldiers are there for Exercise Red Dragon, a two-week operation by Army Reserve units to practice assisting civilian authorities in case of a biological, chemical, radiological or nuclear incident.
