Col (Ret) Keith Nightingale, a former commander of both Ranger and 82nd Airborne battalions, and the 1st Ranger Training Brigade, lectures U.S. Army Reserve Soldiers on the hill overlooking Omaha beach. The U.S. Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command (Airborne) is the sole airborne command within the U.S. Army Reserve and is supporting the 65th D-Day Anniversary ceremonies.
