Sgt. James Brown of Binghampton, N.Y., a track vehicle mechanic assigned to Company G, 1st Battalion, 82nd Field Artillery Regiment, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division, takes a drink of water, June 1, from a valve he helped repair to bring the Tuwaitha Water Treatment Plant in Maid'in Quada back up to full capacity. Brown demonstrated that the water, pumped in from the Tigris River and treated at the plant, was potable.
