PACIFIC OCEAN (Feb. 10, 2015) Chief Aviation Boatswain's Mate (Handling) Paul Jackson watches as an MH-60S Sea Hawk helicopter, assigned to the “Blackjacks” of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 21, delivers a pallet of ordnance on the flight deck of Wasp-class amphibious assault ship USS Essex (LHD 2).
