The Military Sealift Command fleet replenishment oiler USNS John Ericsson (T-AO 194) transits the Pacific Ocean in preparation for a replenishment at sea with the dock landing ship USS Comstock (LSD 45). Comstock, part of the Makin Island Amphibious Ready Group, is on a deployment with the 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) to promote peace and freedom of the seas by providing security and stability in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of operations.
