U.S. Navy Sailors use a tote board to signal an AV-8B Harrier jet pilot on the flight deck of the USS Bonhomme Richard (LHD-6) Jan. 28. The tote board allows the ground crew to communicate with the pilots, indicating the weight of their fuel, how far they will travel before takeoff and other conditions. The AV-8B Harrier jet is with Marine Attack Squadron 231, 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit. (U.S. Marine Corps photo by Lance Cpl. Tyler Ngiraswei/ Released)
