Staff Sgt. Michael Tkach, of the 96th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, sits inside the intake of an F-15 Eagle to inspect the engine fan blades at Eglin Air Force Base, Fla., on Dec. 19. The aircraft maintainers complete these inspections after each flight to ensure there is no damage to the intake or the engine fan blades.
