A convoy of 2nd Battalion, 501st Aviation Regiment, 1st Combat Aviation Brigade, 1st Armored Division, deployed as Task Force Iron Knights, from Spriggs Airfield, Monrovia, Liberia, arrives in the early morning to Camp Buchanan, Liberia, Jan. 24, 2015. The convoy transported Task Force Knights’ vehicles and equipment to be cleaned and inspected at the U.S. Department of Agriculture inspection point so that they may then taken to the nearby shipping yard for redeployment. Operation United Assistance is a Department of Defense operation in Liberia to provide logistics, training and engineering support to U.S. Agency for International Development-led efforts to contain the Ebola virus outbreak in western Africa.
