Sgt. Andrew Terrell, video teleconference noncommissioned officer with Signal Company, Headquarters and Headquarters Battalion, XVIII Airborne Corps, accepts his NCO Creed and Charge during the NCO induction ceremony at Pope Theater, Pope Army Airfield, Jan. 21.
