Master Sgt. Adriana Ybarra, of East Hartford, Conn., was presented the Meritorious Service Medal by Gen. Vincent K. Brooks, commanding general, USARPAC, for her exceptionally meritorious service as enlisted aide to Brooks. Ybarra was responsible for accomplishing tasks that aided Brooks in the performance of his military and official responsibilities, including, but not limited to, performing errands, providing security for the quarters, and providing administrative assistance and so much more. Ybarra will relocate in January.
